Porcius Festus, under Nero - 59-62 AD; Obv: Legend in a wreath tied at the bottom with an X, NEP WNO C (Nero) Rev: C KAI APOC - Palm branch: (Hendin 653) Deals with the Apostle Paul's confinement. Paul exercises his right as a Roman citizen to appeal his trail to Nero Caesar. Festus replies, "You have appealed to Caesar. To Caesar you will go"(25:12).
